Alexandra M. Sipe

Alexandra M. Sipe joined the firm as a Law Clerk in 2012 and became a Partner in 2014. She specializes in supporting families through difficult life transitions. Ms. Sipe assists families with estate planning, estate administration, small business planning, and elder law. She received her J.D. in 2013 from The Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, and her B.A. in 2010 from Dickinson College.

Prior to joining the firm she aided community members with income tax preparation and assisted low income clients with family law matters and disability law matters.

She serves the community as a volunteer guest speaker and working with students at local schools. She enjoys playing tennis and coaching at the college level.

Samantha Wolfe

Samantha grew up in Greencastle, Pennsylvania but has been working for 7 ½ years at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. In October 2017, she moved closer to her family and is excited to join the team at Maxwell Sipe Law Offices, LLC. Samantha graduated in 2004 from Penn State University with a B.A. in journalism and a minor in nutrition. In 2008, she earned her juris doctor from Regent University School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Wolfe was a managing editor for the Regent Journal of International Law and a student volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. After graduating from law school, she attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and earned her LL.M. in taxation. Samantha’s areas of concentration at Maxwell Sipe are federal gift and estate tax planning, trust and estate planning, asset protection planning, and business succession planning. She has presented continuing education instruction for multiple programs through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute including a program titled A Fresh Look at FLPs regarding the use of family limited partnerships in business succession planning; a program titled What Every Elder Law Attorney Needs to Know About FLPs addressing whether family limited partnerships are the best planning technique to use when dealing with elder law issues; a program titled Estate Planning for Oil, Gas, and Mineral Interests; a program titled Succession Planning for Your Elder Law Client’s Family Owned Business; and a program titled Asset Protection for the Middle Class. She, joined by eighteen other leading elder care attorneys from across the nation, coauthored Protect Your Legacy! What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life. Samantha was also a co-author of the 2016 and 2017 annual supplements for the Pennsylvania Trust Guide published by George T. Bisel Co, Inc. She is accredited by the Veterans Administration to represent veterans and can prepare, present, and prosecute claims for the department.

Sandra “Sandy” Davis has devoted 48 years to the firm as a Legal Assistant and Notary Public. She regularly assists attorneys with estate planning and estate administration matters.

Tamera “Tammy” Siegrist has 32 years of experience as a Paralegal; 26 of them with this firm. She is also a Notary Public. Tammy’s expertise lies in assisting the attorneys with the estate and trust administration process.

Amy Meek joined the firm as an estate planning paralegal in June 2017.
